Rarely available 2.75-acre development parcel in the heart of the Village of Tequesta, FL. This 100% usable parcel offers the ability to develop 24 townhouses, eight single-family homes, or a one-of-a-kind private estate, with plenty of room for multiple structures, pool, tennis court, putting green, basketball, outdoor boat/RV storage, private garage, an agricultural area, or any other amenity to designate the property as a marquee site in one of Florida's most desirable beachfront towns. The flat and dry site - combined with the relatively liberal zoning of Unincorporated Palm Beach County - offers genuinely unlimited possibilities for future development.
